Hello Guru's,

This is the first time I am learning to update map for my old Tom Tom One Sat/Nav.

I've been through the tutorials but still hitting the wall to get the map updated.

First thing is most of the map downloads seems to have two folders. So do we merge them into one and put it on the root folder of the SD card?

If yes, quite a few download have a duplicate poi file on both folder, any reason why?

Secondly, I am getting the above error incomplete map when trying to FastActivate.

I have found this topic which has already been discussed and similar to this but of no help.

I've already tried map download from few different sources and copied the FastActivate.Exe to the map folder and tried to activate but no joy.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Ok, lets start again as there is a newer (latest) version of the map you've downloaded:

You can download United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_965_7280 (in one folder) from one of our uploaders [Please Register or Login to download file]
Also download [Please Register or Login to download file] and the latest SpeedCam files

Backup your device first then move your old map to your desktop and then extract the new map to the root your device

Next, extract the relevant SpeedCam files into the new map folder on your device (use your old map's SpeedCams as a guide)

Extract FastActivate to the root of your device and run it selecting options 2 then 3, once completed disconnect and reboot it...job done
