Have you done this

1. Unzip file 7.Mio C320 SD _ Primo.zip and copy the individual folders and files on empty SD card

2. Download and extract Primo
   Place the loose files and folders in the Primo folder on the SD card
   Question Overwrite files the answer is NO.

So the 320 is still original and the internal memory is not erased. Turn the 320 on and don,t touched the icons.
Put the prepared SD card in the 320 after a wile you should have a menu with the Primo icon.
You said the miomap icon doesn't work. What you mean exactly ?

so, the icon miomap is active again.
when i click on it, i have a "miomap V3" screen
then miomap V3.3 on the top with 6 icons (adress, favorites,map, poi, history, settings)
where do i have to go to start on igo primo?
the primo i have has been put on a viamichelin device.
may be i have a few things to change?

Mine didn't work because you probably did it wrong. Here's the instructions from that thread:

Just this: Delete everything from your internal disk on the C320. Do the download of the unlock and just copy all the files/folders in the download [just as they are] to the internal disk. Copy the navigation program to your SD card. Add contents [maps and such].

To use the unlock, press the Miomap button when the device starts and it will switch to the unlock.

If you do what I tell you, it WILL work!

Last time. Copy your internal to the computer as a back up just in case. Then delete everything from your internal C320 drive. Using the download of my unlock, copy/paste all the files and folders just as they are [no further editing] to your C320 internal drive. Just touch the Miomap icon after starting your C320 and the unlock will appear. Install a navigation program to your SD card and add contents.

I have a Mio C520 and to my knowledge, this works the same as the C320 (same series).
Everything is original. I have the files and folders from the download in post 9 placed on the SD Card
So first I start the C520 (C320) I don,t touch any icon. Then while the C520 is still on I place the prepared SD card
in the C520 (C320). A program is started now and after a while, you see a menu (screen) with on the right side a primo Icon .
When I push the Primo Icon the program Primo should be started.
If you don,t get the screen with the Primo Icon then it should not working and is something wrong.
So try to fit the program from chas521 and following his instruction from post 19.

I see where the problem is. A good part of it is my bad [fault]. This should straighten it out. Download this and follow post #19.

EDIT: Where I screwed up was that the unlock had to be merged into the internal while this new upload is the full internal with the unlock - sorry everyone. And, yes, the x20 Mio series are pretty much the same and this unlock will work with all of them. I've heard that it worked with MOOVs and possibly Spirits.

here are the news: your last file works well. i see the different buttons. but nothing happens when i click on the igo8,or primo button.
when i click on more/explorer, i can see the content, & if i click on storage card/primo, i can run the program, but it doesn't see any map.
i have basemap83nima, & 2 other countries in storage/content/map
all the primo content files are at the root of the sd card.
don't worry, every one can make mystakes, the most important is to know if you make one.
it's just like if there is no connection between the igo primo button, on the device, & the primo.exe ont the sd card !!
is there a sys.txt file to create ?

First of all, thanks for your thanks. Next, if I were you, I would put the complete program on your SD card and that includes all the content. Plus, if I recall, the Primo .exe must be named Primo2.exe. Rename it in your program if you have to.

i still have to go in the explorer to run primo
i've renamed it igo, igo8, primo for no better result.
i've even renamed the primo file primo2, & that time, the device have created a primo file.
but no changes!!
i can see the maps, now, so it's a little bit better now
i'm running primo 2.0 if it could be the reason
