And then how to activate and sprovoznit the Nuvi 255 w

On nuvi 255 you won't use the unicode version - you'd take the normal NT version. Download an unlocked image and copy the extracted gmapsupp.img in folder Garmin on device or SD.

sorry for my poor english but could someone redirect me in a correct section on how do i need upload the new [color="#000000"]City Navigator Europe NT Unicode 2013.10 Unlocked Mapsource [/color] in my garmin nuvi 2350
because before i use to update my maps like this

Nothing has changed - it's the same procedure like with 2012 maps.
You'd best use an unlocked image version (not mapsource/gmap).
