Usually, nothing to do with languages in DUAL map version. You should be able to find POI from both TH/EN, the display language on the map will be the same as default device setting.

Welcome to the forum.
This member was using Dutch,the maps are either Thai or English,any other language than English makes Thai display.

Simply having these languages loaded on your nüvi is not sufficient. You need to select the English language from the language menu to see the map in English. Selecting Dutch won't give you the English text on the map.
