If you mean Southeast Asia the latest version is 2018.40 I just checked my nuvi 65

Sorry I don't have what you are looking for,doesn't look like you can buy separately, it seems only available in India from a dealer on a device which can be updated.

The last version of Southeast Asia I have is 2016.40 . below is the latest that is available but does not cover as much
new-maps/city-navigator-southeast-apac-2019-fid-8080-t21337.html
