For a lot of actions described on this site you might need Mio Transfer Hack. I think this program is an essential asset for altering / adding / deleting and copying files on your device.

Install Mio Transfer on your PC. It is on your DVD. Then copy mio transfer hack.exe into the install directory. Now you are all set.

Turn your device on before connecting to your pc through the usb cable.

You may not have to unlock. Download and copy an igo program to a new sd card and re-name the .exe to the same named .exe you now have.

I could be wrong, but as I recall the Cx20b was produced in Israel and may not be able to be unlocked by "normal" means. However, if you want to try please make sure that you do a complete back up of your internal first before doing any editing. This unlock works with all x20 Mios but I can't guarantee the x20b.
