No..Primo (nor most applications) have that much control over the hardware.

Primo Android, in it's manufacturers state, was never intended to run at that resolution. Which means you are either using a customized data.zip created by 'somebody', or are manipulating the original 800x480 resolution by stretching it to fit your screen. Doing so can add all kinds of visual artifacts and maybe behavior such as you are experiencing. You may just have to live with it until there is an
official data.zip that supports your resolution......if ever.
