UPDATE POST WITH NECESSARY FIXES

Hi Everyone
Here is a working CoPilot version 9.6.2.807 with Cyprus Map (from Copilot 9.6.2.710).

1) Download the CYPILOT.zip ,filescy.zip and pic.zip.

2) Extract "CYPILOT.zip" and first install "CoPilot_Live_Premium_Europe_v9.4.0.144.apk"

3) After install open wifi and Copilot. You should see a screen like below.



4) Make a new fake account.



5) Continue all step until it want to download map. Close the app (Don't download anything)



6) Extract "filescy.zip" and "pic.zip" (you should see 3 folders, EU,Speech and pic). Copy them to folder "com.alk.copilot.eumarket.premiumeupan" in your internal memory.
In the same folder copy the "user.cfg" to your PC,open with wordpad (not notepad) and add these lines after [Directories].

REMEMBER to change "storage/emulated/0" to be the same as the other in this file, unless its not going to work.

7. Now start the app. It should work without any problem as picture.



YOU CAN USE IT NOW WITHOUT A PROBLEM. IF YOU WANT TO UPDATE TO LATEST VERSION CONTINUE TO STEP 8

8)Install "CoPilot.GPS.v.9.6.2.807.apk"
After install open wifi and Copilot. You should see a screen like below.



9) Loggin with the same account you create before.



10)Continue all step until it want to download map. Close the app (Don't download anything).

11. Now go to System Settings and clear all data.



12. start the app. It should work without MAP NOT FOUND problem.

NOTE: On most kikat the internal storage is /storage/emulated/0/. Although some or older Versions use different path. You have to change the path in step 6 and 10.

When the app starts instead of sign in go back and Make new account with fake email and it will start ok.

I have followed your instrunctions but when I start the application I have the folow message:
"CoPilot map data not found. Please install the map data and restart"

when I press OK the application is closed.

As I write on post
NOTE: On most kikat the internal storage is /emulated/0/. Although some or older Versions use different path. You can change the path by editing user.cfg from the files in the zip.
Example
"AddonDir"="/storage/emulated/0/com.alk.copilot.mapviewer/EU/addon/"
change to
"AddonDir"="/mnt/internal_sd/com.alk.copilot.mapviewer/EU/addon/"
Change all the [Directories]

You have to open "user.cfg" with notepad and change to the right folder.
The easiest way to find the correct folder is:
1) Uninstall the app and delete the folder you copy.
2) Install the app again and open it without copy the files. When the app open close it.
3) Open your phone file manager and find com.alk.copilot.mapviewer folder in your internal memory. Inside you should find a "user.cfg" . Open it and you should see after some lines
[Directories]
"________"="/___________/com.alk.copilot.mapviewer/________/"
After ="/ it writes you exactly the path.
Lets suppose its for example "mnt/internal_sd"
4) Now open with notepad on your PC the "user.cfg" from the files you download and after some lines you should see
[Directories]
"AddonDir"="/storage/emulated/0/com.alk.copilot.mapviewer/EU/addon/"
.......
Now change ALL the "storage/emulated/0" with the one you see in step 3 (for example "mnt/internal_sd").

Doesn't work...!

I have tried to install it in two different devices.

One device has android 4.4.2 and the root folder is /storage/emulated/0/

Second device has older android version and root folder /mnt/internal_sd/

Doesn't work..!

Please delete folder "com.alk.copilot.mapviewer ",open app and after 10 seconds close it. Then go to the new created "com.alk.copilot.mapviewer " (if its different for some reason post it here) and upload here the new "user.cfg" to check it.

The account that is included in files has been blocked thats why you get this error.
FIX.
1.Delete all files and clear the app data or unistall and reinstall
2.Open the app and create a new fake account.
3. Go next until it want to download maps to use. choose greece for example.
4. Let it download the map and close the app(be sure it close completely).
5. Delete the created files from the app and copy the downloaded one.
6. Now it should work (tested on new device with same problem)

I have followed your new instructions but the result is the same.

Copilot starts with a lady speaks greek "Wellcome to Copilot" and the same time appears the error message:

"CoPilot map data not found. Please install the map data and restart"

I have tried four times in two devices but the same error.

Thank you very much for fixing the problem. You have done good job.

The only problem is that the icons of POIs not appear on the map. The names of them appear on the search menu. The settings are correct to appear the POIs. Something is missing.

Because is so important to have the POIs on the map please find a solution for this.
