Can anyone give me a link for download for android - Desire HD? (I need Israel maps and hebrew support)

What are you looking for? The whole program with maps and language or just the maps and language?

I finally found the program but the whole settings and the menu in Eng. (the maps of Israel and the voice in he)
I need a Hebrew pack - menu, settings and street in the map in hebrew

I can not tell you more, I have no Android device. I cannot do it for you.
