Instructions:
1. Unzip content of the archive to the root of your SD Card.
2. Put the content files like maps, pois, etc...
3. Use Phone's internal file browser and install the supplied APK.
4. Launch the application and navigate!

how to resize arrow on igo my way, it's to large on the map

I don't use Android, but in iGO for Win. you can change arrow to something else in options...

i also have navigation with win 5.0 and primo and arrow can be resize with sys.txt
