Be glad you found the language files on this forum, maps you can find if you put your glasses on and look a bit closer to the forum and its subforums. However be aware that for support for your Primo you should turn to the Portuguese or Brazilian people as no one here possibly can know what they have done to that particular Primo.

Im finding maps all over the place i just dont know what format works...this is not fun...

So these maps didnt work for the igo i have...its still showing maps from Israel...to switch gears a bit..im using a chinese android 5 2din car radio by manufacturer Eincar.com if i am to start from scratch what gos will be best and esy to set up i see igo has different versions, igo, igo myway, igo primo, igo amigo, igo nextgen

Of also remeber corrwcrky the one that came with the radio load up with a basaroft splash scren and i beleive it also reads igoengine...

You are looking to IGO na as you are looking to a car showroom Older and newer models/names.
You have an android device? Then you should "shop" for a android version of Primo or (Primo)NextGen(eration). The latter is newer but needs memory and (most of times) a lot of - not to say too many - licenses.

IMHO best is anyway to use Android Primo, unless there is a reason to use NextGen.
Just realize that the only purpose of a gps program is guiding you to a destination, is it not? This simple basic thought is too often forgotten.

Now, your device (Can you give some more specific info about your device?, is a sd slot present?) came with a Primo? What was wrong with it?
By updating you possibly messed the whole up, placed the maps in the wrong folder, hence the new install could not find them.
Or ... the license for NA maps was missing.
Also know that some versions can co-exist, others can't, depends on the installation. Names can be Primo, IGO, ...
First thing to do is to clean all. Therefor you must see how many install folders you have.
In root (main folder) any device.nng file should be deleted. Then in the different IGO/Primo folders you should delete sys.txt, save folder, server_configs, activation codes, device.nng. Then goto your device android settings, apps, force stop any Primo/IGO, clear data and uninstall. Every left over IGO or Primo related folder you should delete to have a clean system.

When that is done, and done properly, you can install any Primo for Android from scratch.

]So gathering from wht you saying i did do a clean master reset of the device...i will attach some images of the. Device and tolders where my igo is...the current igo i have seems to be a nextgen but also israel? The head unit also has 2 sd slot 1 labelled GPS And the other SD currently the igo i have is on the root folder..not on sd.

You are confused about the IGO version?

The program and set up looks very crappy to me.
Where are the Georgia maps located? In content/map? I hope so, other wise they never will show up, license or no license. Besides, I do not see the Israel map where ever the Georgia maps are located???
Also the licenses in the license folder are 2015Q2, maps are 2016Q3 - so the correct licenses are missing, thus the maps can't be recognized.

Yes the Georgia maps are in the content/ map...so the map year has to match the license yea..got it....

As for the isreal map i cant even locat what folder its in...

Any way i have currently cleared the device of any folders and files of igo...i want to start a fresh clean install with your help and direction of course.. that is if you willing...i appreciate your help so far....

Start with these:
1. cleanup the device
2. give us some info about your device. Seeing the images don't tell me what memory it has, what screen resolution, etc. Did you buy it on the internet? Then link please
3. the original Primo( basarsoft?) did you keep a backup? Do you have the sys.txt and save folder? They could give us valuable information.

Above all, remember you are not here by my side, I don't see what you see, etc.
And I am not online 24/7

Copy so i bought the device online. Its android 5.0 [Please Register or Login to download file]
The original software was igo basarsoft i did back up the folder before cleaning soni have the apk and Sys on Sd card



Currently the device itself is free of any igo content the. It comes with a 16 gig memory and 1 gig ram

I would recommand to you to use this version, that was tested by me, and works fine. I'm now with limmited internet access, so all links will be re-uploaded during Sunday (Jan 2, 2017).

I think that the version you have, is the offcial version that was published by NNG for free, with the Israel map included. After installing I was not able to find where all known files gone.
This version can not read other maps, even not with the compatible license. The version above, is a cracked version, that will read all maps, while using the right license file.
