Here the .apk is [new link]: [Please Register or Login to download file]
Primo Android 9.6.29.596752 Sept. 24, 2015: Not NextGen with constant license problems: [Please Register or Login to download file] Has TTS working fine. Add your own geographical content.
Instructions: Create an IGO folder on your internal phone and copy/paste the files/folders in the download. Download the .apk file and copy/paste to the phone's internal in the IGO folder or to the SD card. Go to apps, my files, to the place where you downloaded the .apk file and install it to create an icon.
OR
Install the .apk and then create the IGO folder and copy/paste the files/folders from the download.
Accuracy for all present nav apps is off by about 20 yards or so.

However, i did some thorough testing today with the version. Here are something that I see missing (I am using the US/North America version):
1. The TTS has some issues. When going over speed limit, instead of saying "you are driving at 45 (or whatever speed) and over speed...slow. down.), It will say (you are driving..(pause)...(doesn't speak the number) and over speed, slow down). I am using the old 2.4 Australia and the Loequendo V4 (which speaks really slowly). Neither one works well.
2. Online Traffic doesn't work. The IGO Primo actually had realtime traffic updates. This one doesn't
3. Of course, don't have LYC file for the Q215 maps and POI. I had to use Q414 MAPS and POI.
If anyone has tips for these HUGE glaring problem fixes. Would be great. I love the new nextgen clean interface, but these are crippling defects and makes it less usable.

How did you fix the speed warning issue?
