So your device found no satellites? Then always first thing to do is check the device and its connections. Second, when technical all is okay, wait because the device thinks it is in China and (I suppose
) you are not. The GPS is expecting satellites to be on a certain place in space above China and they are - of course - not there at that particular spot. Thus the GPSmust search for them. That can take a while before it can lock on to the satellites.
For the other issue (no navigating) I have no immediate explanation.
Anyway, what wonders me is that you right away were looking for another IGO instead of addressing to the reseller (what you finally did). So when you bought a car that don't start, you replaced the engine right away?
