i installed Igo next gen in my phone Note 3 , but i get the message : missing or incomplete folder /data/data/com.nng_igo.primonextgen/sys.txt.open failed.EACCES (permission denied).
My phone is not rooted.
Any idea/

if it is not rooted and is kitkat, install on internal memory, not sd card. hope this solves the problem, is old known problem of kitkat not permitting to write on SD card

Thanks for your quick response. My android version is 5.0 not rooted.i copy igo next gen in my external sd card , i install the apk and i get the same message

Its working on my I9505...
Do you have the right to write files to the SD card.
You will need to copy folder "iGO_NextGen" to your SDcard and then install apk. from install folder

OR...

Try to copy folder to internal memory and then install apk.
