If you want specific help with a problem, it's a smart move to be specific about the problem.

If you can't be bothered to write what the precise problem is, can you really expect other people to work out what the problem is, then suggest a fix?

Do TTS voices work on the device apart from through iGO?
Which TTS voice are you using?
What iGO TTS files have you chosen?
Which language?
What are the symptoms of the problem?
What have you tried so far to fix it?

and so on...

I wonder if someone could help me get the skins working on my i9300. I've downloaded the files above and everything seems except when i try to change skin they don't show, just the default night/day. Could it be that the skins are not compatable with 720/1280 resolution, if not do you now which ones are?

For anyone else suffering the same problem, there is a thread in the android discussion forum that explains how to fix it
