How can be NAVIGON with SD data of TomTom? I'm confused, please help.

Hi, i previously had NAVIGON 4.1.2 installed on my HTC Wildfire and after installing this v4.6 my phone does not show maps
Do i have to download all SD data context and find map i need and put it to Navigon/map folder or is there some other workaround ?

Phone android version is 2.3.7
