New MAPS 9.95 Update

Hi pelanas. Have just installed your version 1.17 on a Samsung Galaxy S4. It's up and running and working well.
1. Installed the Tom Tom Go 1.17 apk (GO-com.tomtom.gplay.navapp-1.17-1646562 ORIGINAL PLAY.apk)
2. Ran the app and followed the steps until I got to the stage of selecting a map. Didn't install a map.
3. Closed TomTom GO and uninstalled the app.
4. Installed the patched apk (Tomtom Go Mobile v1.17 Build 2116 CRACK.apk)
5. Followed on screen instructions and downloaded the UK & NI map.

The map that was downloaded/installed was 995.8490.
(This version doesn't appear on on the 995 map collection chart?)

But it was explained you needed the country version of the apk for the device ID.

So my question is what country apk code should I use for your 1.17 version of TT GO?
Apologies for such a long reply but it's the first time I've messed with TT GO Mobile

What Downunder35m was referring to was for TomTom Android 1.4 which is no longer supported by TomTom as it was replaced by TomTom GPS Navigation Traffic Full v1.17

Thanks for the quick reply NRT. Going back to my original problem....... How will I update my maps when required on ver 1.17?
Give me a TT unit and updating the maps doesn't cause me a problem. This is my first time messing with TTGO Mobile
(At present using the old fashioned method of 'Easyusetools' for patching.)

When a new map becomes available it will let you know and you just let it download the new map.

Instructions in case map fails or is stuck at 1%

1. Install the official TT Go app from Google Play store
2. Run the app and then close it. No need to download maps at this stage.
3. Copy the TomTom obb file com.tomtom.gplay.navapp from the folder Android/obb and save it to a temp location.
The file may be on internal memory or SD card
3. Uninstall the official TT Go app (Google Play store version) using the device's App Manager.
4. Now install the patched version of Tomtom_Go_Navigation & traffic
5. Restart the device
6. Run the app and start map download
7. If Map download fails or is stuck at 1%, copy the obb file saved above in Step 3 to the android folder Android/obb. Make sure it is on the right device, Internal memory or SD card.
8. Restart the device
9. Run the app
