After download and unrar, you will get those two folders.
1- NaviSEA
2- MFM-PPG-X8.5-X9-120503

- Copy the folder "NaviSEA" and paste on your external memory (It worked from my external memory, if not then move it to the internal). [/mntsdcard/external_sd]
- Now from your device open the folder "NaviSEA". Inside it you will find "Navitotal! M9SEA.apk". Install it. [/mntsdcard/external_sd\NaviSEA\Navitotal! M9SEA.apk]
- Copy the folder "MFM-PPG-X8.5-X9-120503" and paste inside the folder "Maps". The folder "Maps" will be found inside the main folder "NaviSEA". [/mntsdcard/external_sd\NaviSEA\Maps]

DONE.

You need to create an account if not you are bombarded with all kind of ads and links. To many clicks here and there. Never know one of the clicks may be to download spyware or agreed to an agreement for something you don't even know etc etc. I will stay clear from this type of links. No offence.
