after getting inside papago.com site and once you click on the first file link for download, the internet explorer is not opening it

Hi guys,
Installed the Papago X5 on SE Xperia X8, Android 2.1.
Tried to launch the program but got this error message.
"The application PAPAGO! (process.com.mactiontech.X5SEA) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
Anyone can help? Please.

Maybe you use wrong libpapago.so
Try to use this program :[Please Register or Login to download file]

i've included libpapago.so into the folder but after install it still asked for code. how can it be? my&sg. need help here. thanks in advance
