Tested this M11SGMY package for my following JB devices:
- Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos (external MicroSD) JB4.1.2 Kernel 3.0.31
- Nexus4 (internal storage) JB4.2.2 Kernel 3.4.0
- ASUS Transformer TF300TG (internal storage) JB4.1.1 Kernel 3.1.10
So far so good, no problem navigating using the latest MalFreeMaps :)

I have downloaded latest MFM-PPG-X8.5-X9.0-130410, then copied into map folder. In setting, do not find key to select this map. Please advise.

Really? Im using Nexus 4 also, JB 4.2.2 , use a few minute (Close, Stopped) i always use gps and i don't think there is no problem

But you still can use this version to run Thai/Indonesia Maps, but you must keep the MFM Maps header (R51_SSC.HDR) and the res use your Thai/Indonesia maps files.
This version Sounds is for Chinese, English, Malay.
If you want use for other sounds, maybe you can try replace into one of the folder run try switch from setting!

Yeap, mine N4 JB4.2.2 no problem running this package, tested from home to TheCurve, Subang, Klang, etc.
Tested around Klang Valley for 2 days, no hang no crash
Only thing I noticed my N4 damn hot whenever turn-on GPS, much hotter than my Galaxy Grand Duo & ASUS TF300TG .....
