Hi monster GPS, sorry to trouble you again, my Lenovo A1 seems to have a similar problem stated above. I have read thru the pages but did not see any reply to this problem. Can you kindly share with me how to resolve this problem?

For my case, i whenever i try to press the X5 application icon, it load for 2 sec and minimise into the task manager on the task bar. when i enter into the taskbar, the X5 app appears to have a"restore" word below the title. But no matter how many times i press onto the "restore", nothing sees to change, the app still remain running on the background (i assumed). btw i did not insert my external sd card when i am installing all these steps. All the while i am running on the tablet's internal sd card.
