No statusbar mode doesn't work! :( (HTC One S)

Sun Apr 28, 2013 9:56 am

thanks but no matter what download I try I can't get voice announcements to work (next turn in 100m etc). I do have the voice files in the correct folder)

It asks foriGo SDcard. After placing empty iGo map on SDcard it complains about missing folder

It works on my Nexus7 but the screen is messed up in landscape mode.
Seems to be a Nexus or JB problem as I have not found one user with a Nexus7 that can use Primo properly :(
So far the Google playstore version is what I use, it still shows the status bar but unlike this version the screen is not cut off or messed up.
I can only assume but I guess Primo should use SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_HIDE_NAVIGATION instead of SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_LOW_PROFILE or STATUS_BAR_HIDDEN.
But no idea where to find that inside the code :(
Since the Nexus is recognised as a tablet and not as a phone Primo won't disable the status bar.
Guess that also explains the messed up screens, not only on the Nexus7...

I use N7100 with JB 4.1.2 and yes the Statusbar is visible but that's okay with me since the landscape mode is now working fine not like the earlier version.

No statusbar mode, edit sys.txt, it is resolved my problem.

[android]
has_physical_home_button=1
check_for_dead_links=1
fullscreen=1
;tablet=1

Nice try but still no change on the Nexus7 :(

It works fine now on my galaxy ace 2 with jellybean. Apk is not enough, you need to have the igo folder with content in place.

Do you have resolution for 1920x1080 for sony xperia z ?

Tue Apr 30, 2013 9:31 am

I guess these are the only ones available : :link:
But should not be a problem to adjust the sys.txt accordingly.

Thanks, but makes no difference on my system, the bottom bar stays in place.
