My device is unrooted, already tried the latest APK, but the problem still occur.:wallbash:

Also, I installed the previous version and noticed that Google Search doesn't work. Is it normal or did I make something wrong?

Slight problem with attachments at the moment...try again later.

Normal. Google search does not (and will not) work without a special license that must be paid for. Nobody has cracked it yet that I know of, and those that paid for it are unlikely to share it due to obvious concerns.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

I would suggest you wipe everything out and start over. And reboot the device after deleting/uninstalling.
I have seen this behavior on my own device when remnants were left behind with either the APK or folders on the SD Card.
After everything was wiped out, one iGo folder created new with all the necessary base files and folder (content, license. branding.zip, data.zip) then setup was able to complete.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

One is for Apple devices, and one is for Android devices. Whatever arrangements were made with Apple may have been completely different..and maybe licenses were included. Remember that what we are dealing with here is not an OFFICIAL general release...if it were, it would be on Google Play.
Other things may come in the future when somebody gets their hands on an original paid for version.

Also be aware that if anything corrupt or the least bit 'iffy' for compatibility is in the ../content folder or it's subfolders (voice, language, map, skin, speedcam, etc) it will fail the quick scan that Primo does on startup. In the WinCE version, this may result in an error message..in the Android version, it just closes and goes away. That's why it's important to first start with as little content as possible (do not add any maps or other downloads..whittle down languages and voices to only what you need/want, etc). That way, it's easier to identify problems with specific things added later after the first start up.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

Do other sounds play?
From what I have read, there are 'issues' with sound/voices running under JellyBean.
I cannot test any possible solutions, but try different voices, TTS, etc...maybe some combination will work.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

Do you mean when you choose the TTS voice within Settings?
Did everything work prior to the TTS voice?

(ps...there is no need to quote an entire 'install' section from the first post in your question post. Just the question by itself is enough)

EDIT: I just tested the Turkish TTS voice (Voice_TTS-nua-trt-tr-f1-lua-dri40-vssq5f22.zip), and it works fine on my device. You have some other issue not related to the TTS voice.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

Hi.
I use the latest ver. of iGO primo on Galaxy SII ICS not rooted.

I put voice volume to the maximum but i am not satisfied how loud it is. Is there anyway over sys.txt to change on more loud?
