Hi i have installed 18.4.4.b.190180404.ult.apk on my zenphone. I have installed it on to the 16Gb SD card. However when I check the contents of the SD card there are no sygic files. I have tried to download some maps from the app vatican city and andora but they are no where on the phone. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong please. Other information each time I start the app I go through the start up sequence - Name, email address etc..

I have now resolved this issue. For anyone who has a similar issue, this is the solution that worked for me. Install 18.4.4.b.190180404.ult.apk onto internal storage (don't load any maps). Start Sygic go to Settings >> Maps and Data storage >> choose removable SD card. This will then move the app to the SD card. Don't try to move the app with a file manager as this does not work..

for this issue, you can do the inverse of above: install the apk on internal sdcard, open the app and go to the map store in the left beside menu. the downloaded map desn't appear on the screen. don't worry.
Then goback to the menu and in the settings> map stock and data menu, you choose internal stockage.
then Close the app and restart. this is working for me.
