You won't be able to activate over an mtp connection, copy the necessary files to your pc and run the tool there.

these maps are already patched.

For an initial installation:
1. Turn off all internet connection (wifi and / or 3g). VERY IMPORTANT.
2 - Copy the folder named "tomtom" to the root of your sdcard named smartphone memory.
3. Install XXXXX.apk file (for example, copy it to download and install).
4. Start TomTom (TomTom xxxxxx with icon) and enjoy.
5. It is recommended to use TomTom offline without internet connection to the first connection

solution:
1. Check that any connection is disabled.
2. If the problem persists is that you have not copied the "tomtom" folder in the right place.

I find how to move TomTom map to ExtsdCard
1 : In application manager : click move app to sdcard
2 : Copy the entire directory tomtom to the root of the ExtsdCard.
3 : Clear tomtom folder on sdcard (inner).
It's all and work fine on Galaxy S4 :D

Be careful to check for the file. Metadata.xml in the subfolder / tomtom / com.tomtom.weurope

If you followed the tutorial, then edit that file to match the tree to your phone. See tip above.

USA Canada Mexico Upload link is for 19 parts only. If you download the jdownloader container filer the first part is Part 5 and goes through to Part 23 and is only 1.9Gb . Part 1, 2 ,3 and 4 are missing as it says it should be 2.49GB in your post listing. I haven't downloaded as yet as i don't wish to download a 2gb file to only find out it is missing some rars.

In the "TomTom-Cfg" folder, the "release.nfo" file says "imageID = Western_Europe-910.4963"
In the "Western_Europe" folder, there is "Western_Europe-799.meta" instead of "Western_Europe-831.meta" (for release map v915.5120).
