1. Check that you have at least 591Mb of free storage space, either on your internal phone memory or external storage. To look it up, go to your phone settings, and then data storage.

Instructions

1. Download all parts of your area.
2. Unpack anywhere.
3. Copy folder "tomtom" to your SD card.
4. Copy included .apk to your SD card.
5. Disable any internet connection in your phone (Put it into Airplane Mode)
6. Install the .apk
7. Launch the program. Let it load all it needs. Then close program.
8. Enable internet connection.
9. Enjoy!

installed app and when i run tt it comes up with cannot connect to tomtom server but old version 9.25 installed with no trouble
any ideas??

Try to delet tomtom folder and copy again, try the app again, sometimes it works this procedure

Try placing the APK and the tomtom folder on your phone's storage then installing the APK.

same for me sames unable to connect to tomtom tried both on SD and phone memory

When I placed the apk and the tomtom folder on the phone storage then installed the apk, it worked. A pain when I want a larger map though.

hii, many thnks for the link, hoewever i cant get the link to work it appears its offline. In any case i wos wondering if u could re up the 1.3 tomtom for android. I have probs with the 1.4. force close, not responding. the 1.3 version worked fine. if u cud upload that to mega or somewhere il be very hapy. iv looked everywhere but no ink available.
