For now, speedcams for the Android version are by yearly subscription only.
And I would not recommend making an "In App Purchase" from a 'fixed' non-legit version of anything.
At least not until more is known.

Yeah after a bit of forum hopping its starting to look that way . Sadly without the speed cams its going to loose out to Sygic as the roads are infested here.

Installed on JB and it runs but for only about 10 minutes then the map freezes, like it has lost the GPS signal. Will try on GB and see if same issue. Will stick to igo until I get this working.
Can't see yet how to add my own POIs.

Like speedcams, only available as an "In App Purchase\Subscription"....which will fail if you try. Legit licensed versions only. If speedcams and/or Live Traffic are essential for you, head over to Google Play, part with some cash ($29 to $59 depending on region) for the legit app, then part with some more ($16 to $29 per year) for the subscription(s) direct to TomTom.
Sorry...there is no other way at this time.

Found this somewhere:
As usual if you have your own POIs: put them (icons (.bmp) and pois (.ov2) in folder Europe.

No idea if it works or not.

Just tried it (with a couple POIs from POI Plaza), and it works. If *.ov2 and *.bmp files are put in the tomtom\com.tomtom.europe\files\Europe folder, the POI is automatically enabled as an additional category.

Thank you very much!
TomTom working fine in my Samsung Galaxy S3 and personal POIs too.
If you know, it's possible to enable personal sound (*.ogg) for some type of personal POIs?

Don't click on the obvious download button which is nothing more than an advert, scroll down the page and look for a less obvious button.

Each 'link' in the first post offers about a half dozen (or more) download alternatives once you click it.
That is not enough for you?
Each host then has it's own requirements to begin the download..some easy, some with captchas and waiting times, etc.
If one does not work for you, simply choose another.
