Installed apk 1.3 crk looking to replace v1.2 crk without deleting map 910-4963 on galaxy s5660.
No issue. Message Google play license needed.
V1.2 reinstalled works fine.
I will try to delete all Tomtom apps and maps directory and try to reinstall v1.3 and maps.

How did that work for you mate?
I have the same issue with my HTC One with V1.2 installed with 910.4963 maps. I tried installing v1.3 with Europa maps in the same folder "tomtom". V1.2 still works but V1.3 gives me the error message of invalid License.....

Apologies, but when I click on the links, they take me to Tomtom 1.2...so where are the 1.3 links?

No way to make it work.
Tried a lot of things
Copied the Tomtom Western europe forlder in internal memory, tried in external SD, always the same error message " Can't connect to tomtom servers".
Just putting the V1.1.1 patched instead the 1.3 and everything is working (with same tomtom folder).

Any help ?

On my Galaxy SIII mini with Android 4.1.2 (rooted) is also only v1.2 with maps 910.4963 working.

Yes, my S4 4.2.2 with 64Gb sdcard is ok, for 1.1.1 and 1.2 APK.
I think it's a bad crack

I had same license problem.
I replace size flag in .metadata.xml file :
<size>3866241114</size>
by <size>0</size>
And now tomtom start with 1.3

Hi Titioz , so did you have to uninstall v1.2 first or you left it and installed V1.3 and used the same tomtom folder from v1.2 and edited the meta file size flag?

I use the same tomtom folder from v1.2
I think it must works with a clean install v1.3 (after uninstall v1.2) or an upgrade to v1.3 from v1.2.
And you can edit .metadata.xml before or after installing v1.3.

So I have uninstalled V1.2 and kept the folder tomtom. this is how it looks like:
root folder > tomtom folder > com.tomtom.ukireland folder > files folder + metadata file
This is the meta file content:

I tried your solution, with no luck
Always the Can't connect to tomtom server error on My S4 (4.2.2)
The map is on external SD (no place enough in internal mémory). Could it be the source of the problem ?

I try only with Europe map.
We have the error message "Unable to connect to tomtom.try again later" when tomtom doesn't find the map.
Your tomtom v1.2 is an Europe apk or a UK/Ireland apk ?

With v1.3 Europe apk, tomtom try to find map in com.tomtom.europe folder and map must be activated with the right tomtom DeviceID, tomtom DeviveID depending on apk.
