Lollipop - bad decision.
Using CyanogenMod is a good thing in terms of features but you need to know how it works to get other progams to work from SD if not supported by default.
Software is designed to work with the official Android system, using anything else means the problem are up to you to solve.
As a hint: Check how earlier version were installed and moved to SD, pay special attention to the creatin of sub-folders and what files go where
