I have sorted it on my Samsung s8 I had to remove the sd card and start again.
Now working great on the phone thanks again.

i had the same issue.i put com.tomtom.gplay.navapp on internal and microsd memory and let it decide the path to download map.and it worked

All, I've noticed that live traffic isn't working anymore since about a week. I've installed latest version on Samsung S6 and S7.
Anyone else having the same issue? Live traffic is very useful here in NL with all the traffic jams.

Strange, I've reinstalled the latest version on my S7 and live traffic is suddenly working now.

Working on Huawei P10. Thx...

I tried it on a Galaxy S6 EDGE and a S7 it worked once but when i closed app and re opened it says loading does not load. Any solutions?

Turn on internet connection and try it again.

I have tried. Only way it works is if i force stop from settings then re-open app. Do not want to do this every time i want to use it so looking for a solution.

Thanks ..working on my s8...when i download a voice , ie "jane".. i cannot use it i get message "This voice is not compatible with current units (miles/yards) , it only works with kilometres but i prefer miles/yards...any ideas ?..thanks

You want miles/yards you have to pick Samantha, Bonnie or Lori
These are the ones that understand miles/yards
They are American voices.
