The problem is that no just our uploaders offer maps, but users as well.
New maps and codes are always wanted, but sometimes it can be a bit hard to find all the related threads to check.

Maybe create a sticky topic where everybody can share links?
I have a time to manage it in the first message to update latest versions of each maps shared by others, and sometimes my own...

We have the collection threads for that in the TT section.
Each user is allowed to one posting only and has update this single posting for new links.
On top of that we have our official map thread for the current version that is always updated for the latest codes.
Maybe the best way, since it is our tool of choice, would be to post a sticky containing all meta codes for current maps included in current FastActivate version.
Of course there always a few codes posted in between releases, but it would be most up to date in terms of using without a manually created meta.txt file.
If the map name is included with the code every willing to share his original new map can quickly check if the code is already available or not.
