Is it possible to alter the resolution so that the primo which I have installed on my Wayteq tab will also work on my galaxy s3 and my archos tablet.On both devices they run perfectly but only fill about 1/4 of the screen.Anyhelp very much appreciated.

It depends upon what the resolution size you are talking about and if the resolution size has been included in the program. If it has, you can probably "force" it with a sys.txt entry and possibly add a stretch=1 entry.

Thanks.Can you advise where in says.txt I add the stretch=1 line please.I have a android download with various resolutions,none which match exactly the archos but one is near enough.However which ever one I try has no effect on the display but maybe the stretch will!

No guarantees but you could try something like this:

[interface]
resolution_dir="480_272"
vga=0

[rawdisplay]
class="landscape"
screen_x=854
screen_y=358
highres=0
stretch=1

You might need to play with the screen_x and y numbers. Also, you might need to delete your save folder.

Incidentally, what resolution size are you talking about for your device[s]?

EDIT: Here's a branding and data.zip that contains different resolution sizes. Back up your current .zips first and then try these. You should make a sys.txt entry in the program as well.

I'm sorry but you'll have to work it out yourself. I really don't know Android. Please post your results.

user interface resolusion(0 x 0 )is not supported or compatable skin can not be found.Exiting application.
