For iGO there are 2 kinds of maps. Maps from Here/navteq and TomTom/TeleAtlas. Both are compatible with iGO. It's just which one you prefere.

But is your iGO original or downloaded from somewhere? Cause maybe you have a licence problem

But you can always try the Here/Navteq version.

yeah i have tried that set of maps too. i lost my canadian maps but had the u.s. maps but i drive mainly in canada so i tried a bunch of canadian maps and then it started having memory error and the igo would crash. i have since reinstalled and now i have a global_cfg error

i have a 1024x552 tablet which took a very long time for me to find a program that didnt give me reslolution not supported error. im kinda thinking my micro sd card may have a bad sector because when it was working it would crash sometimes and give memory error and i would restart my tablet and it would work again until the last time when it wouldnt run at all.

im gonna grab a new sd card today, but what should i know about starting? its hard for me to find the resloution 1024x552 and im currently using Worked iGO Primo 2.4 9.6.29.379219 - (21 Mar 2014) . is this right for my tablet or is there a better option? and what is the global_cgf error from? and memory error from?

thanks

You're sure that is a 1024x552 screen? Normally 7 inch = 1024x600.
And there are many versions of iGO android availeble on the net.

I'm not that familiar with iGO to help you with this.

yeah i used cpu-id for my resolution...it was my Micro SD Card that was bad.

i tried a new one today and all worked great...much easier when it can read the files...it must have been an unreadable sector that kept on stopping and messing with the IGO Primo.

thanks for all your help guys.

great experience on this forum for my first time!!

You did most of it yourself. ;)

But which maps did you use? The Here or the TomTom maps?
And the truckoptions, do they work OK?

Oke

I don't know what the best maps are for your region. We don't live nextdoor to eachother. ;)
Maybe someone else can help you with that.
