TomTom - I can't activate the speedcam

I installed tomtom europe v1.3 into my android phone. I can't activate the speedcam because the program can't find ttgo.bif or ttnavigator.bif. where can I find these files?

You can't activate the speedcams because the android version doesn't support them.
