MMi 3G Bluetooth cannot activated

Hello, I have a Audi A6 2010 with MMI 3G, in the mechanical workshop changed me the two modules of radio.

After this, I have problems with bluetooth. When I press TEL button, it says, “Bluetooth is not activated, would you like to activate it now”, I press yes button, it will search for a while, around 5 second, and tell “no Bluetooth devices found”.

I update the firmware, now I have HNav Eu K0257 6 D1, I have activate green menu and change the settings for bluetooth and I checked with VAG-COM the 5F module- adaption 10– channel 17, the value was 1, but the bluetooth still does not active.

What can I do? help me, please?
