If there anything like the maps for the RNS315 (which I have) in my VW Passat then they are on a 1 use memory card which 'pairs' to your head unit ...If you hunt around on 'fleabay' then you should be able to get a card for around £30 ...I did and it worked a treat (Dealer price over £100)
Apparently a couple of files are created when you enter the card which cannot be removed unless you have a piece of hard ware (Circuit board) and a linux system to be able to unlock the card and delete these files hense why youll struggle to find the maps.
