Hi all from newbie

Hi all

Firstly i would like to say that this looks a good site and thanks to all that have made it what it is, its what is needed all over the internet people who are dedicated.

I have had Sat-nav TomTom V6 set up on my old Dell x5 PDA since the year dot lol.
Used to be able to update it all the time until couple of years ago, and it was so easy to use.
My problem is that I never got round to replacing it when the newer version came out that wouldnt run on my PDA.
If there is anybody who could help me with some way around this or what TomTom (sat-nav) to get on a budget or second hand please.

As the X5 is a Windows CE 4.2 based device you probably won't get later versions of Tomtom to work, However there are alternatives like iGO or Garmin
