Hi and welcome!
tralo wrote:tomtom lookalike,

Well that depends what you mean.
iGo Primo (as far as menu, etc) has been called 'similar' to TomTom.
iGo 8.3x runs best on resource-limited devices.
Both are easy to use, both use the same easy maps updates.
Both are easy to install...just copy the program folder to your SD Card or internal storage, add your desired maps, point a menu setting to the EXE (customizable replacement shell menus are available here too if you need one for your device) and go!

iGo Maps here:

But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

Hi tralo and welcome here.
Let me say you have come to the right place. ;-)

WinCE6 excludes TomTom and therfor - also considering you have only 64MB - I suggest iGO8.3.
Visit this post http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?6880-Igo8-March-5-2011 and download. All further questions ask in the iGo section : http://www.navitotal.com/forumdisplay.php?65-iGO-MioMap-and-other

One thing: posting in the iGO section is only allowed in the General Discussion Forum (where you will find lots of useful info, start reading ;-) )

Thanks for quick replies guys. It has igo 8 on it now, and to be honest not that impressed with it, it will do as a stand by till i get my tt repaired or replaced. I've had a look at garmin on youtube and they look pretty similar to tt, any comments on them? i think its the boldness of the maps directions etc that makes them look so easy to use compared to the igo and igo primo ive tried.

Comments? Yes: How can I fight personal taste? When you like Garmin and/or TomTom but not something else ....
On the other hand, nothing that easy to renew maps speedcams etc than iGO/Primo while Garmin and TomTom need all sorts of actions and tools just to do the same things.
Anyway, you can have a try with GarminXT on that Chinese device.

The answer is easy. Dump the Chinese cheapo & stick with your REAL TomTom unit, or replace it with a newer TT, which are now fairly inexpensive!!

Sygic ?? Pfff, crashed all the time on my device and routes were far from logical.
Maybe newer builds are more stable and routing is better?

But if you ask me, you only want TomTom, nothing else. So whatever we advise, you will be disappointed in the end because it's not TomTom.

Thanks all for trying to help. TT is always gonna be favoutite i think becaust its what im used to. Igo i have because it came with the system and my main comlaint with it is the visuals are a bit dull (tt being easier to glanse at while driving and understand, also works better in brighter light). Maybe i'll try some custom colour schemes see if that helps.
Again many thanks to all.:)
