i wanna use the font but, cant open it in photoshop cs3 :S

You have to install the font: unzip and double click on the ttf file.
Worked on my computer.

I am not sure what you mean.
The minimum size is 520*110. Bigger is allowed, up to screen size, but your design needs to look like a banner.

I am missing the text "Unlock the power of your GPS" (I don't see it)
