Can't Access Navitotal via T-Mo Hotspot

I'm currently on vacation and getting my net access through a T-Mobile 4G hotspot. It works OK most of the time. The issue is that I can't access Navitotal through it though. I'm currently sitting in a BK drinking awful coffee just to use their free wifi. I can get access through a proxy (I've been using hidemyass.com) so I know that the issue isn't Navitotal, but the speed is brutally slow. T-Mo must be blocking it somehow.

Try another hotspot.
