First of all, the Clarion map780 uses iGO program. Therefor you should have posted in the iGO section.

The .fbl extension sounds correct since iGo maps have this extension. Where did you get the maps and do the maps work?

Because I really dont know where to look for. In this torren have the same file type thats in my gps device. When io try to open the country map with clarion it shows me MRE after the country name.

Yes, and do they work?
What maps do you really need, because not all more recent (newer than 2011.03) EasternEurope maps are published ?

Topmaps (short name for Local Providers) is only Eastern Europe
All Western Europe maps you can find in the iGO map section. Navteq or TomTom/Teleatlas, just pick a mapset. I think Navteq might be the better choice for truck drivers.
Both sets have Eastern Europe maps, but Topmaps are more complete and detailed.

The at this moment most recent maps and other files :

MRE could mean Main Roads of Europe.
Once again: In my post #6 are links to detailed maps. But when you do not want them ....

I cannot copy all the files that you showed because I dont have all these folders. And whatever map I download I get this MRE. I went to the topic you told and downloaded iGO Navteq Europa_Truck 2012 Q3 and with this I also get MRE and it shows me Main Roads only. How I open these right links that you gave me. I cannot see any of them.

You don't need all, You just had to pick what you wanted/needed. And when you wanted all, just had to create the folder.

Strange. What did you do with the downloaded maps?

You must have waited too long. When I posted the links, they were all working, now they have all died.

I downloaded the rar. file..unrared it and then tryed to replace older versions of my maps. lets say like this. Open clarion maps deleted file Estonia8_2008.10_081222 and wanted to replace it with same file type Estonia_R3_NQ_2012.Q3_121103.fbl.
I think I am doing something wrong here.

I think you downloaded not a Topmap, but a Navteq or TomTom/TeleAtlas map. Those maps are not that detailed for Eastern Europe.
