i am able to download the files. after 100 clicks. aint there a shorter version of downloading the files?

i want to download files for tomtom. i get to a site with multiple downloads. i got a download manager now. Cryptload. i need to stay with my computer with this one. it will not start downloading automatically. i need to read the 2 words and type them. it starts. i wait half an hour to get it in. and do the next download.
ain't there a simpler way?
don't mind waiting 10 hours to get it in. but the human interaction that is needed.

That is the so called Captcha - it prevents automated downloads if you don't have a premium account with the hoster of the files.
