How would you convey a message to the navitotal.de members to come here & read a message in German??

I assume there is an emailing list some where. Besides, I'm pretty sure that there are many German members that come here and they might have the email addresses of others to convey a message. I think this is worth a try at least. If it goes nowhere, so what the hell.

The problem is not using NT files or asking here for help,
it is quite simple that there are a lot of (older) germans that can't speak english.
Using translators can cause a lot of problems when it comes to instructions.
For me the biggest problem is nothing like you guys posted, for me it is the fact that we do have a "webmaster" but for weeks noone was able to contact him.
And you can't inform the users by mail as we can't access the control panel to send Emails out.
Since parts are still available using the direct IP I have to assume a server shot itself again.
What is the point in having admins if they can't be trusted with a server restart or to contact our webmaster?
There is only one single person that can help but he is not available :(

If it is shut down thing for the german and chinese sections I would have expected some note in advance, so it must be fault.
Adding a section here for the Germans to give support in german is not too hard and with the acive users in mind a single section could cover all requests.
But isn't that totally against the point here? I mean we have three forums, but only one seems to matter if there is an issue...
Users think NT is gone and already go elsewhere....

I already knew that, the question still is : why??
No note that NT would be closed, end of month, server gone - no bills paid...
But AFAIK Capo never mentioned to close the other sections.
So we are still at step one: where is the webmaster for over two weeks and why
a) is he not responding to the mail that says the servers need to be paid
b) is it impossible to get in contact with someone that has answers and can help
???
I wonder what would happen if the english server is not paid....

All of your post 21 points I can agree with, except, "where is the webmaster for over two weeks and why".
Admin was here on Feb. 10. No mention of any forum changes or shutdowns was made at that time. This thread was started on Feb. 11.

Most of us know that an important something has happened in the personal life of our webmaster. It did not occur to anyone that he might have other priorities?
Weak excuse when your favorite forum is offline? Then let's face this : everyone should be aware of this : http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?9903-New-Navitotal-Webmaster-Needed. Everyone was forced to read it. Well, no one responded, else this thread would not be here.
Right?

What happens now is about the same situation as the previous situations where the hard disk was the issue. Then the situation was even worse. We had no forum left to discuss things. We did have a few mailaddresses but some participants here did not even bother to read their mails and respond.

And if the English server is not paid for? (It's not the server, but the domain name) I don't know. History repeating. Nothing else to do but waiting for the issue to be solved. Or not solved.
Maybe then we (the English members) would post in the German forum, asking there why the English forum is off line - while it is clearly the biggest and most important Navitotal forum!! - and why the German forum is not off line? How would you react to that?

I want to say sorry to all German and Chinese users, I did not notice that the domain names were ready to expire and I missed the time to renew them...

It's not really easy to restore a domain name once it is already deleted but it have succeeded. The 2 domain names are back online and paid for 1 year more!

I can not say more except again SORRY for the missunderstanding and to have missed the renewal time.

Thanks to all for your support and remember that a new webmaster is needed to manage Navitotal's forums as I don't have enough time to do it...
