Is it just me? In a lot of posts I do NOT see a "thanks" button or the possibility to quote or reply. Happens in Firefox (production and beta) and IE.

Funny thing is: in this thread I do see them, but in others I don't.

To keep the forum in control, the administrator limited the possibility to open or answer to posts, only for some sub-forums.
If you want, you can post in the a general forum, and a moderator will move it to the appropriate forum.
Because of this limitation, you can not find the "Thanks" button in the "closed" forums as well.
