[SOLVED] Site problem ?

Postby Jeanet » Wed Jun 01, 2016 7:33 pm

During a couple of days i face the problem that the search functions doesn't work anymore.
When i click i.e. "View active topics" in the upper site of the screen i only get a blanco page (firefox).
When use Internet explorer i get the message:
"Cannot display this site HTTP 500. HTTP-error 500- internal server error http://www.navitotal.com/active-topics.html
The same by the other four "view" buttons on the top of the screen
Tried with different PC"s and different operating systems.

Any tips to solve this item higly appreciated!
Thanks

Alsof the 'find new posts' function does not work and results in an empty page.

Yes you are right guys,

I will open a ticket to phpbb.com to know suddenly why we get these issues because I did nothing on the forum or database.
I will update this topic once I get an answer.

Thank you for your report.

Best regards.

It's even getting worse;
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file [ROOT]/includes/session.php on line 2375: Undefined index: viewquickreply

I am seeing the same problems, including the delayed topic notifications. I also had a PM that I had sent not show up in my Sent folder. I had to assume it didn't get sent and compose a new message. That one did show up in the Sent folder.

Well, all search issues are now solved, a PHP function was missing in a PHP forum file, weird because all was working fine before and no change has been made on the forum... :bs_quesexclaim:

I will check now what is wrong with PM and email notification date...

I keep you updated guys, thank you for your patience and your help to report issues! :023:

Well, with regards to the PM issue, that's normal behaviour for phpBB. Once you send a PM it gets moved to the Outbox, and it only gets moved to the Sent PMs folder after the receiver has read it. The fact that it worked for your user the second time must have been a coincidence because the receiver had just read it.
