This morning the link was removed with the message
MAPS ONLY
Seems to me that this was a link for a map. So I suppose this was a mistake.
If not it is time to read the rules.

I'm not seeing the same thing in post 25 that you are. I see 970 Map Collections Only!!, not just MAPS ONLY!!

You are completely right One Map is not a 970/971 Map Collections Only (depend on the interpretation Map Collections can be a bit confusing).
It was generous if it was placed in the right post (All Maps 970/971)
