Is there any cracked version of any navigation (Android ,PNA/PDA, Iphone or etc) :
that supports the automatic(or manuel) traffic and speedcam information update?

AFAIK, all updates to the speedcams must be manually done via a file being added.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!
