A couple of things here please. Writing in capital letters means that you are shouting at someone. Unless that is your intention, please write using lower case letters. Thank you.

Yes, you can have iGO 8.3.2 on your device but you cannot have TTS because you have only 32MB RAM. Your WinCE is 4.2 which is an older OS. Also, you should limit the content you need to ONLY what you actually need. No buildings, .dem, possible speedcam [small area].

EDIT: You can delete the TTS_LOQ folder. You don't need it. Also the TTS voices in content\voice - only the TTS voices.

According to a Google search the main device specifications are...

WinCE 4.2
32MB RAM
320x240 Resolution
SD card 2GB max (Not SDHC)

And comes with iGO 2006 installed.

The low RAM will prevent you from running any of the latest navigation applications, But a minimal build of iGO 8.3 should work.

Use another SD card and download a copy of iGO 8.3 to it, Make sure the path to the new app (folder\filename.exe) is the same as it is on the original card.
