It depends what you mean by that:
Slow to get a satellite fix?
Slow to update position on the road?
Generally slow screen refreshes?
Your system should have enough horsepower to handle 2.0, but there is sometimes differences in hardware that will effect perceived speed of the software---or too much running in the background.

There is no such thing as a "light" version of Primo. You can make it 'lighter' by not using TTS voices, not using DEM files, buildings, and other 3D enhancements, etc.
TomTom will not run (well or at all) on a WinCE 6 system, so forget about that.
