I think you will find that the Mods here are pretty specialized in their areas of expertise. That makes it difficult for us compare & to make a recommendation. We can give you the pros & cons, that you can use to make a decision.

Have considered going to shop that at least has some of the models you like and ask for a "testdrive" with one of the sales people?
I've done it a couple of times and it really helps to have the thing in the car and see how it acts on the road, how fast it gets the satellites or simply how easy and fast you get to the menu parts of interest.
That's how I ended up with my 730 for example.
